I design complex software systems across healthcare, enterprise platforms, and global B2B marketplaces. My work focuses on turning technical constraints, ambiguous requirements, and real user needs into clear, scalable product systems.

I’ve led mobile product initiatives at DHgate, designed RFQ procurement workflows for Sourcengine at Sourceability, helped scale the ArcGIS StoryMaps design system at Esri, and led clinical workflow and alarm fatigue reduction efforts across Root, Radius VSM, and Patient SafetyNet at Masimo.

Across these environments, I focus on improving reliability, usability, and system clarity in products that support real operational workflows.
